Floating your Boat and Two Thoughts on Health

1) The First Cardboard Boat Workshop went well. Three teams constructed three boats. One team clearly had engineers involved! We have another chance on Thursday at 5pm. Please join.

2 and 3) Two articles about health popped out at me. One, about the importance of balance in successful aging, reminded me how wonderful our Lifetime Fitness program and instructors are. I think most of the participants could pass the 30 second balance test! The other, asking if 30 minutes of exercise per day is enough, made me think about how much more I need to exercise! (There is a paywall on this site, but you get a few articles free.)
