​Belonging to the Y is belonging to a purpose that is much more than a “swim & gym.” Your membership supports a healthy lifestyle, youth programs, swim lessons, childcare, summer camp, senior programs and so much more! The Y is a great place to work out, learn new life skills, and spend quality time with friends and family. The Y brings everyone together and builds strong communities.
We offer two membership types: Annual and 3-Month. Each offers different benefits but an Annual Membership gives you the most value.

BENEFITS OF THREE-MONTH MEMBERSHIP:

A complimentary fitness orientation appointment.

State-of-the-art climate controlled fitness room with a variety of cardio and weight machines.

Members ages 12 – 14 must have a fitness orientation and adult supervision.

Must be age 17 or older to use free weights.

Use of the walk/jog track; lap counters available at check-in.

Use of the 10,000 square foot gymnasium, during non-program times. Please note, our year-round childcare programs use the gymnasium at various times throughout the day.

Use of the Tom and Sally Savage Pool Complex with 79/80° lap pool, 89/90° therapy pool, and hydro therapy spa.

Day use of locker room and shower facilities. Additionally, we have three (3) Family Locker Rooms available with a shower in each and lockers to use in the hallway.

General Fitness Classes are NOT included in a three (3) month membership but you can purchase:

$84 - 12-Class card. Cards are non-refundable.

​BENEFITS OF ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP:

All general group fitness classes are included with a reduced additional fee for specialty classes.

Priority registration and reduced fees for Little Learners Preschool, Bus Stop Before and After School Care, Summer Day Camps, youth and adult sports, aquatics, health enhancement and Active Older Adult programs.

Child Watch (babysitting while you work out) for ages 8 weeks-10 years offered at no additional cost for Family and Single Parent Family memberships. (Offered Monday-Friday, 9-11am while school is in session)

YMCA360.org, our on-demand platform you can access anytime, anywhere

Nationwide Membership reciprocity at participating Y's. (Membership data including name, birthdate and address will be shared with the Nationwide YMCA database for sex offender screening)​

Membership to our FB Fitness Group to enjoy classes from your home.

Five guest passes to use per year; members must accompany their guests to our facility.

Convenient and affordable automatic payment options.

No contract and the opportunity to place your membership on hold for up to six months.

Membership Payment: Three-month memberships are due in full at sign-up. Annual memberships at the YMCA can be paid in full at sign-up or by monthly automatic payment using a debit or credit card. Our monthly draft system is a flexible and convenient way to pay directly from your savings/checking account or credit/debit on your choice of the 1st or 15th of the month. We will prorate your first month based on the date you join.

Day/Week/Month/Shower Pass: Non-members and visitors may utilize the YMCA by paying a fee.

Youth & Young Adult: $5/day; $15/week; $50/month

Adult & Senior: $10/day; $30/week; $100/month ($70/month Senior rate)

Family: $20/day; $45/week; $125/month ($105/month Single Parent Family)

Gift Certificates: YMCA gift certificates (in any amount) are available at the Front Desk. They are neither transferable nor refundable.

Joiner Fee: The Waldo County YMCA charges a Joiner Fee at sign-up. This one-time fee supports ongoing improvements and equipment purchases for the YMCA.
​
Refunds: Membership fees are neither refundable nor transferable. Program fees may be refundable prior to the start of a session except for non-refundable deposits.
​
Rate Changes: The Waldo County YMCA may, at their discretion, adjust the membership rates applicable to any membership category. The YMCA will post these adjustments at least four (4) weeks prior to any such change.

We want the Waldo County YMCA to be affordable to everyone in our community. How do we do this? We keep our membership rates as low as possible.
