Membership Payment: Three-month memberships are due in full at sign-up. Annual memberships at the YMCA can be paid in full at sign-up or by monthly automatic payment using a debit or credit card. Our monthly draft system is a flexible and convenient way to pay directly from your savings/checking account or credit/debit on your choice of the 1st or 15th of the month. We will prorate your first month of an annual membership based on the date you join.

Joiner Fee: The Waldo County YMCA charges a Join Fee for all short term memberships and when activating a new or lapsed annual membership. We will waive the Join Fee for members in the same household activating a second annual membership. This fee supports ongoing improvements and equipment purchases for the YMCA.

Membership For All: We offer reduced monthly rates for annual memberships based on gross household income. If this will help membership fit your budget, please fill out an application.

Shower Pass: Non-members and visitors may utilize the YMCA showers for $5. This does not include facility access.

Gift Certificates: YMCA gift certificates are available at the Front Desk. They are neither transferable nor refundable.

Refunds: Membership fees are neither refundable nor transferable. Program fees may be refundable prior to the start of a session except for non-refundable deposits.

Rate Changes: The Waldo County YMCA may, at their discretion, adjust the membership rates applicable to any membership category. The YMCA will post these adjustments at least four (4) weeks prior to any such change.

MAKING MEMBERSHIP POSSIBLE FOR ALL.

We want the Waldo County YMCA to be affordable to everyone in our community. How do we do this?  We keep our membership rates as low as possible. We also offer a percentage reduction based on gross household income through our Membership For All program. If this will help you, please fill out an application at our welcome center.
