Welcome to The Waldo County YMCA

Serving the greater Waldo County, Maine Area by providing a state of the art facility which includes a fitness / wellness area, indoor walk track, community room, multipurpose gymnasium and childcare.

It is the policy of the Waldo County YMCA to provide quality programs to all, regardless of their ability to pay. Scholarships applications are available.

MISSION STATEMENT
To promote the physical, mental, social, and spiritual development of Waldo County children and families, in conformity with the purpose of the YMCA of the USA as expressed in the constitution of its National Council.

We believe the Waldo County YMCA is, and should remain, the center of our community, connecting us to each other, regardless of age, creed, personal ability, or financial need. Our Y strives to promote emotional well being, sharpen mental abilities and attitudes, and build individual physical strength.

Each haircut will cost $10 and will be donated in full to the Waldo County YMCA scholarship fund!

Featuring the talents of hair stylists from Lisa Nichols Salon.We hope that every guest will leave the Y feeling like they are the best version of themselves!

VALENTINE BABYSITTING SPECIAL - February 14

Treat yourself and that special someone to a dinner out. Bring your children to the YMCA for lots of fun while you go and celebrate. There will be crafts, a movie and plenty of play and movement for the kids. Space is limited, register early! We will need a minimum of 5 children to offer this service. Maximum for this program is 25.
