DANCE BEATS: A variety of dance rhythms created for the Active Older Adult or beginner participant. Easy, fun & effective form of dance fitness!

Days:         Tuesday

Time:         11:00 - 11:45 a.m.

Location: WCY Wellness Room 

GOING STRONG: Blending balance, strength, and movement.  Movement matters for active daily living.

Days:         Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Time:         8:15 - 9:00 a.m.

Location: WCY Wellness Room 


LIFETIME FITNESS: Age 50+ or beginners.  Includes aerobics, muscle strengthening, and stretching. Improve flexibility, muscle tone, coordination, balance, heart & lung efficiency.


Days/Times:    Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 2:00 - 3:00 p.m.
Location: WCY Wellness Room and FB Live


LINE DANCING: Line dancing is a fun way to exercise and enjoy easy-to-follow dance patterns. It is a form of dance for all abilities and ages. It has been recommended by many health and medical establishments as an important way to keep good memory and maintain physical fitness. Step by step line dances will be taught with precise and patient instruction. This is a form of dance that does not require a partner. You will learn popular line dances along with the classics, focusing mainly on country with some pop tunes thrown in for fun!
