UPCOMING BASKETBALL CLINICS



Kindergarten & Grade 1 Basketball
Session runs from November 9 through mid-December
Date: Practice starts November 9 - Games begin November 30
Time: 12:30 or 1:30 p.m., Sundays / 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. Thursdays
Location: Waldo County YMCA Gym
Fee:
$20 Annual Members
$35 3-Month & Non-Members
Registration: Opens: October 20, Closes: November 15
Coaches Meeting: Sunday, November 16, 2:30 p.m.

Grade 2 & 3 / Grade 4,5 & 6 Basketball
Date: November 15 through mid-January.
Location: Waldo County YMCA & Local Schools
Fee:
$25 Annual Members
$40 3-Month & Non-Members Registration: Opens: October 20, Closes: November 16
Coaches Meeting: Sunday, November 22, 12:00 p.m. at the YMCA.



The Bluefish is a competitive swim team for boys and girls ages 6 – 16. This is not a “learn to swim” program. All children participating must be able to pass our Deep Water Test by swimming 25 yards unassisted, jumping into deep water & treading water for 30 seconds

This is a 6-month program running from mid-October to Mid-March. Swimmers are required to be Annual Members in good standing at the Waldo County YMCA. The Waldo County YMCA will offer financial aid to anyone qualified and will not turn any qualified applicant away. For financial assistance, please stop by the YMCA to inquire and ask to speak with Bruce Osgood.


The 2014 / 2015 season will begin with a FREE Orientation Week
October 14 - 17, 2014 from 4:30 - 5:30 p.m.
that is open to new swimmers only.

• Packet Pick up and registration for returning swimmers begins October 1.
• First Time swimmers need to attend our Orientation Week before registering
• If your new swimmer is unable to attend our orientation week
please contact the coaches directly by October 17 at wcbluefish@gmail.com

The season will get underway with Parent Meetings Monday Oct 20. The first night of Practice is Tuesday Oct 21.

Swimmers are required to be Annual Members in good standing at the Waldo County YMCA. The YMCA will offer financial aid to anyone qualified and will not turn any qualified applicant away. Bluefish Swim Clinics
Pre-Season stroke and turn clinics for current Bluefish Swim Team members or competitive swimmers from visiting Y’s. See website for details and registration information. *These SUNDAY clinics are Bluefish Swim Team Fundraisers!

August 16: Registration opens to Bluefish Swimmers
August 23: Open Registration, for non-Bluefish Swimmers
