2012 Pound A Weigh Challenge


 

GET OFF TO A STRONG START IN 2012
Join Waldo County YMCA’s Pound-A-Weigh Challenge,
it is the perfect way to start a strong fitness habit in 2012!


Participate from January 18 - March 21, 2012 (10 weeks)
and you could win a Y membership, personal training services, or other weekly prizes.

Every Wednesday between 4:30 - 5:10 p.m. is the weigh-in upstairs. From 5:15 - 5:30 p.m. Tamera Blades, Y Fitness Director, will give an educational pep talk. Then Traci Sheldon, Y Fitness Instructor, will lead a “bootcamp” style workout for people of all fitness levels from 5:30 - 6:15 p.m.

Every week that you participate in all 3 components of this program you will have your name entered into a drawing to win one of 3 Waldo County YMCA personal training gift certificates. At the end of this 10-week challenge, one person who has completed the challenge will win a Waldo County YMCA Annual Membership!!

If you resolved to lose weight, tone up or get fit in 2012, Pound-A-Weigh is for you! All you need to get started is a commitment to daily exercise. The more consistent you can be, the more results you will see!

If you are feeling a little unmotivated, or you want to give your program a jumpstart, or if you want to set a challenge for yourself, choose to add Pound-A-Weigh to your program.
