Aqua Zumba®
Lap Pool
Join us for a Zumba party like never before!!! This is definitely not
your typical water workout! Shake, shimmy and sizzle in the water as we
create some heat ~ Zumba Style! When you take Aqua Zumba®, a bathing
suit and towel are required and a bottle of water is recommended!
Arthritis Foundation Aquatics Program Therapy Pool
A gentle workout to ease aches and pains. Relaxing stretches combined
with strengthening and light aerobic activities. Attendees should be cleared
by their doctor before participating in this class. ( this is not an insurance
based program).
Aquacizing Therapy Pool
This class will combine various aerobics, stretching, and strengthening.
It can help to improve flexibility, coordination, balance, muscle tone,
heart, and lungs. Non-swimmers are welcome.
Aqua Yoga Therapy
Pool
A gentle workout with lots of relaxing stretches combined with strengthening
and light aerobic activities. Non-swimmers are welcome.
Introduction to Aquatic
Exercise Therapy Pool
Seniors or beginners are invited to come learn the fundamentals of Aqua
Aerobics in this class, which provides a friendly, supportive environment.
We will combine work on balance, flexibility, strength training, and aerobic
conditioning.
Power Aqua Lap Pool
For those who want to feel the burn, Power Aqua is a more intense aerobic
workout in shallow and deep water, using noodles and weights to isolate
muscles and increase intensity. Interval training with periodic heart
rate monitoring will allow participants to track progress.
*Caps and goggles
are highly recommended for all swim classes*
