SPRING SESSION

Lifetime Fitness Tamera & Don
For men & women ages 60-years and older. The class offers activity for life-long fitness. It includes warm-up stretches, walking, low-level aerobics, optional chair exercises, muscle strengthening & relaxation. Burn calories while improving flexibility, muscle tone, coordination, balance, and heart & lung capacity.

Day & Time: Mon/ Wed/ Fri. 2:00 - 3:00 p.m.

$30 Annual Members ** (see special VALUE below)
$50 3-Mth & Non-Members
** ALL Annual Members purchasing a session of Lifetime Fitness will also gain access to any (unlimited) General Fitness Classes during that 12-week session.


GENERAL FITNESS CLASSES

All General Fitness classes are held in the Wellness Room unless otherwise noted. Instructors and class times are subject to change, based on availability and number of participants. Pre-registration is not required for General Group Fitness Classes. All fees must be paid before attending classes. You can become a class participant at any time!

Balanced Fitness 30 min. Zoe Calder
A comfortable atmosphere for having fun, while improving flexibility, muscle tone, coordination, balance, heart & lung capacity.

Body by Hoop
30 min. Judith Tingley
Learn how to use a weighted hoola hoop for a fun exercise workout!

Forever Fit Tamera Blades
Low-impact aerobics, muscle strengthening & stretching. Exercises may use weights, bands & stability balls.
Day: Tuesday
Time: 10:15 a.m. – 11:15 p.m.
Fee: General Fitness Unlimited Card or Drop-In Fee

Gentle Yoga
60 min. Ashes Messner & Polly Ireland
Longer holding of yoga poses to improve strength, flexibility, balance, decrease stress and enhance body awareness.
