Arthritis Foundation
Aquatics ProgramTeri Mace
A gentle workout to ease aches and pains. Relaxing stretches combined
with strengthening and light aerobic activities. Attendees should be cleared
by their doctor before participating in this class. ( this is not an insurance
based program).

Aquacizing
This class will combine various aerobics, stretching, and strengthening.
It can help to improve flexibility, coordination, balance, muscle tone,
heart, and lungs. Non-swimmers are welcome.

Aqua Yoga
A gentle workout with lots of relaxing stretches combined with strengthening
and light aerobic activities. Non-swimmers are welcome.
H2O Warrior
An aquatic exercise program that combines running, cycling, X-country
skiing, jump rope, kickboxing, and many other sports, which work on specific
muscle groupings to strengthen and tone the body.
Introduction to Aquatic Exercise
Seniors or beginners are invited to come learn the fundamentals of Aqua
Aerobics in this class, which provides a friendly, supportive environment.
We will combine work on balance, flexibility, strength training, and aerobic
conditioning.
Power Aqua
For those who want to feel the burn, Power Aqua is a more intense aerobic
workout in shallow and deep water, using noodles and weights to isolate
muscles and increase intensity. Interval training with periodic heart
rate monitoring will allow participants to track progress.

Masters Swim Program
Looking for an invigorating workout? For those 19 and
up, this is a swim program using a variety of training techniques interspersed
with stroke work to help improve performance. This is a coached workout
with plenty of opportunity to compete at both local and national levels.
Competition is encouraged, but not required. Lap Pool

Day: Monday, Wednesday
Time: Mon & Wed: 5:30 – 7:00 p.m. / Sat: 8:30
– 10:00 a.m.
