This training is especially appropriate for high school and college age women, families, children age 12 and up, moms and daughters, fathers and sons. Learn confrontation avoidance, rape prevention, when use of force is justified, awareness techniques, evasion movements, blocks, striking techniques, takedowns, ground fighting techniques, and escapes from grabs , chokes and holds.
