Coordinator - full or part-time available
The Waldo County YMCA is looking for an outgoing, organized, passionate
leader to join our team.
Our Community Coordinator
will be responsible for organizing and leading our year-round calendar
of special events and fundraisers, share stories of success and impact
through media and marketing communications.
Candidates will have
strong written and verbal communication skills and be detail oriented.
Required skills include knowledge of media, including social, web based,
and print and its use in gaining exposure for our special events, programs,
and promoting the Y’s cause and mission. Experience with computers
- including IT work, project management, and people skills are a must.
Knowledge and experience in event planning, communications, website design
and marketing is a plus.

Are you looking for an amazing summer job where you can have fun and make

The Waldo County YMCA will soon be interviewing for summer camp counselors.
We are looking for dynamic and energetic individuals who are willing to
become outstanding role models to campers. You can help campers gain knowledge
of the outdoors through active participation in sports, crafts, competitive
and cooperative games and water front activities. This is one of the best
summer jobs you can imagine!
Camp starts in June 29 and runs through August 21. We have openings available
for Monday - Friday from 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Applications are available

We are looking for a fun, enthusiastic and talented
instructor for Aqua Fitness classes for our Summer Schedule which runs
from mid-June to September. The instructor will be responsible for leading
one hour fitness class 2-3 mornings a week in our therapy pool. If you
have a passion for being active and love impacting the lives of those
in your community, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Please submit
